Located in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Green Valley Ranch resort and casino, Bottiglia is a high end restaurant that was formerly an Italian restaurant. The retrofit for this restaurant was done by Studio Munge and Moser Architecture Studio. My role entailed going out for the original as built to document existing conditions, setting up background files for consultants, working on structural documents for the existing foundation, and other construction details for the interior and exterior of the restaurant. This project was completed in April of 2016.
